Dr. Chih-Hsin Chen research topic is on:

  • Portable liquid crystal-based sensor for detecting environmental hazards, including development of sensing mechanism, synthesis of molecular probe, design of optical sensing device.

  • Design and synthesis of organic molecules for optoelectronic applications, ex: organic light-emitting diodes and organic photovoltaics, dye-sensitized solar cells and perovskite solar cells.
