It was my great pleasure to visit The University of Queensland (UQ), Australia, as the Director of the Organic Electronics Research Center (OERC) at Ming Chi University of Technology. Chair Professor Shun-Wei Liu was invited by Prof. Ebinazar Namdas and Prof. Shih-Chun Lo to participate in the AMIO Members Meeting and to engage in in-depth discussions at UQ’s world-renowned Centre for Organic Photonics & Electronics (COPE). During the meeting, we exchanged insights on current research progress, future directions in organic and perovskite optoelectronics, and explored opportunities for collaboration.

This visit marks an important step toward establishing bilateral cooperation between MCUT and UQ, including potential joint research projects, student exchange programs, and long-term academic partnership development. Looking forward to building a strong and impactful collaboration between Taiwan and Australia in the field of advanced organic and perovskite optoelectronic technologies.
