The Organic Electronics Research Center hosted the “International Industry–Academia Symposium on Development and International Exchange of Hybrid Electronic Devices (2026 SDSE)” on April 23, 2026. The symposium brought together leading scholars and experts from academia and industry to engage in in-depth discussions on advanced topics, including perovskite solar cells, organic optoelectronic devices, quantum dot optoelectronics, neuromorphic computing, and aerosol generation technologies. The invited speakers included researchers from major international institutions such as KIST, KRICT, and KAIST in Korea, as well as IUMAT in Belgium, along with leading domestic universities including National Taiwan University, National Tsing Hua University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. This event highlights the Center’s continued expansion and influence within the global academic collaboration network. Through this symposium, interdisciplinary exchange and technological integration were further promoted, laying a solid foundation for future international collaborations and industry–academia partnerships. We sincerely acknowledge the long-term support from the Formosa Center at Ming Chi University of Technology, which has continuously facilitated international academic collaboration and talent cultivation, and has significantly enhanced the university’s global visibility in the fields of organic electronics and energy technologies.
