許宏彬教授目前擔任明志科技大學電子工程系的教授。他目前的研究興趣主要集中在半導體光學特性的表徵以及對半導體材料和器件結構的新穎光學和物理性質的理解。截至目前,許鴻斌博士已在國際期刊上發表超過30篇論文。
