陳明宏博士目前是明志科技大學電機工程系的副教授，同時也是該校有機電子研究中心產業團隊的領導者。他目前的研究興趣主要集中在LED/OLED驅動、自動電壓調節器、矩陣變換器、可再生能源、高性能馬達控制和微控制器等領域。他的目標包括對電機、功率電子、交流馬達控制、基於DSP的控制系統和新能源進行研究。

他的研究興趣包括：

  • BMS、BMU電控板開發
  • 電力電子、電機控制、電力系統、再生能源
  • 儲能櫃電能轉換器設計
  • BLDC馬達驅動器設計
